SHIPPING

Shipping is free on orders of $125 and over.  This amount is calculated after any discounts and prior to taxes.  Orders received by 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will ship the same day.  Orders received after 2pm will ship the next business day.

A surcharge of $20 applies to orders under $75

Please note, Underground Vapes Inc. - Woodstock is not responsible for delays or loss caused by the shipping companies.

We use Couriers as much as possible and reserve Canada Post for P.O. Boxes.

All orders requiring shipping must be prepaid prior to shipping. Currently, we can only accept e-transfer for local deliveries.

Note: Couriers will be asking for ID to ensure proper age at delivery.  Items returned for lack of proper ID will not be refunded. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

We deliver 7 days a week for Woodstock adressess and Monday to Friday for areas west of Woodstock (Thamesford, Ingersoll, Dorchester etc.) Local delivery is free for orders $75 and over and must be placed by 4pm for same day delivery.   This amount for free delivery is  calculated after any discounts and prior to taxes.

Appropriate ID is required for delivery.  No refunds for lack of proper ID verifying you are of age.  The person ordering must be the person to receive the delivery.
